Can I change personalisation after I have placed my order?

Unfortunately we are unable to make amends to an order once it has been placed. By placing an order, you confirm that you are happy for the item to be created exactly as the personalisation has been specified.

If you have made an error and would like to make a replacement, please contact our team on 01522 699 933 and we will be able to offer a discount on another purchase.
